TEAM IHC PHILOSOPHY
Being in the hockey player development and player representation and advising business, we are looking for players who want to develop and play hockey at the next level.
IHC is looking to assemble teams of high caliber, high character, disciplined, respectful, and dedicated hockey players to compete at high level AA and AAA tournaments in Detroit and Canada. We are a “Team with a Dream”. We want players who would like to use the IHC teams to develop during the off-season, and receive college, junior, and pro hockey exposure in future years at the highly scouted tournaments we participate in. IHC Hockey is not affiliated with any hockey teams or associations, as we are an independent professional organization who provide paid coaches, equal ice time, player advising and representation, and player development, in a positive environment
IHC COACHING STAFF
All IHC teams will be coached by IHC Hockey Director Bob Gergerich. Bob is the head instructor at all International Hockey College Hockey Schools. He is also a registered PHPA player agent and a regional scout for the Ontario Hockey League’s Guelph Storm. Bob also scouts for various junior, college, and pro teams and is a USA Hockey Master Level Coach. Bob will be assisted by his IHC Hockey School staff.
We believe that young hockey players really don’t care what you know, until they know how much you care. While we realize that we can influence the attitudes and habits of our students both on and off the ice, we try to make this influence a very positive one. We teach all of our skills in progressive steps and put great emphasis on positive reinforcement.
