IHC HOCKEY-CORONA VIRUS UPDATE

I hope everyone is safe and healthy and I am sure you are all missing hockey. IHC Hockey is missing several associations tryout evaluations and pre-tryout clinics this month as we would have been at the beautiful Belmont Ice Arena in Kittanning this week for their pre-tryout clinics and tryout evaluations. Our schools at Center Ice Arena, Hess Rink, and Bethel Park YMCA rink in March and April have been postponed, and we hope to have them rescheduled as soon as the rinks reopen. Our IHC Prospects Spring Tournament Teams will not start  practicing in April. However, as of now the Canlan Classic Tournaments in Toronto at the end of May is still on. We are hoping to start practicing in May with a condensed schedule and a condensed price. The Chowder Cup Tournaments in Boston at the end of July is still scheduled and we will have tryouts as soon as the rinks reopen. Our summer hockey schools are still on as scheduled. As you know, things are changing daily during this epidemic and we will keep you posted. Please stay safe, stay in shape, and stay healthy.
