IHC Hockey is proud to announce the scheduling of their popular Over Speed Skating & Stick Handling School From August 11th to the 13th at the Kirk Nevin Arena in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. The Over Speed School is an excellent opportunity to prepare for the upcoming season as we will not try to change your skating technique, but will make you faster with the skating style you already have. We will be working on breaking the player’s comfort zone by challenging them with “over speed” drills to make the player faster and quicker.
