IHC Hockey will be offering their very popular Over Speed Training Camp on Tuesday nights in late May and June at the PPI Arena in Delmont. The Over Speed Camp is designed to make you faster while getting your feet and hands quicker. We do not necessarily want to change your skating style, but to get you faster and quicker with your skating style. the program will run Tuesdays, May 28, June4, 11, 18, and 25th from 7 to 8pm. Camp is open to players 9 to 16 years of age. Get faster and quicker with and without the puck and start your season a step ahead of everyone else. To register, go to www.ihchockey.com.
